A Valentine Gift Guide for Men

Face it guys. For Valentine's Day it's important that you

find a gift for your sweetie that comes from the heart,

because she wants something that says I love you.

Why not plan ahead and put some thought into your gift this year instead of doing that mad scramble on February 14 for chocolates and roses? One word of caution - be careful in assuming that when your girl compliments the jewelry on another woman that she wants something like it for herself. Woman frequently admire the taste of another woman - but that does not mean that it
would work on herself. Am I right girls?

KGI Worldwide Design Contest 2009

I just found out that my necklace design titled

"Ripples on the Floor of a Reflecting Pool"

has been selected as a semi-finalist in the KGI Worldwide Design Contest 2009! In this design I am trying to illustrate the way I saw light reflecting off the surface of the water onto the floor of a pool in soft and jagged ripples.

It was a mesmerizing scene that I will not forget.

I am sending the necklace in to the contest organizers where it will be displayed in the K. Gottfried, Inc. showroom during the CREATE YOUR STYLE IN TUCSON A CRYSTALLIZED - Swarovski Elements Event for the public voting. One World - One Heart Giveaway

It closes with a sterling silver clasp and extender chain, which is finished off with our signature heart charm. The length of the necklace is adjustable from 16 to 18 inches. This is a one of a kind necklace and will go to the winning participant.
